In case of relocations and AstroCartography, please include places you are considering. I'll send you the address. 3. Please include source of birth data such as "birth certificate", "mother's memory", "news report", "biography", etc. (This is important to ensure chart precision.) Be sure to remember to mention what chart modules you are requesting for each set of birth data. You are also welcome to ask questions. Your charts and reports will be sent via e-mail as soon as they are done. For a suggested donation of $20 extra I can print your charts in a booklet.
