could easily become compulsory this year, which may possibly contribute to increased tension. If such changes occur, the President
should be careful of reprisals related to changes of administration. There is also potential for much transformation and reform related
to national employment issues and possible reorganization of problematical infrastructures relating to temporary work. There will
most likely be development of new professions.

This can be a year of extensive, substantial changes relating to assisting the Earth in self-regeneration, with much communication and
comings and goings internationally.

The nation is likely to increase in power internationally due to the work of strong, diplomatic and dynamic women bringing about
reforms and transitions, especially related to a need for supervision of health care and unhygienic conditions due to gradual air, water
or other liquid shortages or pollution and flood conditions. In such a scenario there may be changes of boundaries and possible
relocations of groups or families. Although they may regret change, some groups may need to pick up and move to avoid ecological
disaster.

Spiritual disciplines and meditation are likely to be encouraged and may become more prevalent as a profession, and this may help to

This year may bring about substantial increases in energy or power and the formation or discovery of new power reserves or

scientific and academic individuals and groups may seek financial gain through education, research or construction related to atomic
energy. Offering alternative sources of income and prestige may address the problem realistically.

Deeper family ties producing public commitments are likely to result in a more confident and effective populace and community
support influencing public activities, government and the world at large. This may result in an increasing infrastructure and intensive
work teams to addresses issues related to the general good. Family alliances and partnerships for peace, reform and improvement may
include artists, writers and social commentary experts. Families may become more knowledgeable in academic and scientific areas
due to availability of information through the internet and television that can have a positive impact on environmental and energy
concerns as well as issues of human dignity and rights.

businesses and working out of their homes or apartments, individually or in groups.

There is likely to be extensive good karma related to metaphysical knowledge and teaching and ecstatic mystical states.

At least one, possibly more, great charitable institution is likely to be established this year, possibly by or in cooperation with actors,
resulting in much respect, privilege and recognition.

There may be a well-publicized wedding ceremony among high government officials or a couple very high up on the social ladder.

Fashion and creative art are likely to continue to prosper and be in much demand this year, perhaps as psychological compensation
for financial and ecological concerns of the public, especially regarding shifting conditions in cold regions.

Knowledge or data about the mental projection of images and emotions is likely to be put before the public eye and discussed. (This is

Concerns may be addressed linked to infectious diseases, crime and unemployment related to alcohol or drug abuse. A potentially
volatile situation could happen related to unemployment and alcohol or drug abuse and concealed weapons.

Sorry to say that unemployment may continue to be a problem, and some folk will possibly be taking a pay cut. The result is that
more people will be working together in creating infrastructures to help the unemployed get back on their feet. There is a kind of

the labor force takes back power and expresses more initiative. Those who have been in power due to economic status or exploitation

basically due to insecurity about the future of their profession. A new trend may appear - more home visits by physicians and nurses

There will most likely be an increase in the number of hikers on wilderness trails as people seek to re-establish a relationship with the

People will see the spiritual benefit of taking good care of their physical health as well. We may see an upsurge in aerobics and Pilates
exercise and other disciplines involving rhythmic motion.

Folk are likely to show discretion and self-restraint in their choice of social milieu as the need to tighten purse strings drives them
away from expensive but unessential pleasures. The upside of this is that long-term, trustworthy and dependable relationships will
be more appreciated.

There is some, but not overwhelming, evidence of potential public gatherings of folk taking refuge in hospitals or other municipal
buildings due to epidemic or natural disaster.

People will be making history, not just the news, as many old, outworn civil structures are re-arranged or transformed to bring
positive change to the culture. This is especially likely due to release of information that has been kept secret in the past, most likely in
the areas of education, psychology, or ecology, and economically, in matters related to historically inhibited control of the means of
